Volair Gym Pass Scheme
- Participation in this scheme is open to individuals aged 11-17 and who reside within the Knowsley area or are registered with a Knowsley GP.
- By signing up for the service, clients agree to these terms and conditions. The scheme offers the opportunity to use a gym pass, which is valid only at Volair
- A gym pass valid for either one day or one month will be offered, this will depend on the commitment the client can give to attending the full 12-week Happy Healthy Me or Vital Vibes programme. This is available exclusively to clients who have set a goal as part of the welcome call and attended their first digital or face to face session.
- The gym pass will commence once Volair has contacted the client, and a start date has been set. Please note any young person 11-16 years old will be asked to complete a parental consent form by Volair before the pass can commence.
- Only one gym pass is available per client.
- Healthy Futures reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Healthy Futures terms and conditions. The decision of Healthy Futures is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into regarding this decision.
- Clients may be invited to take part in social media promotion, though involvement is entirely optional.
